Shipping & Delivery Policy

Any shipping and delivery matters are governed by this policy ("Shipping & Delivery Policy")

1. Delivery charges

a. The delivery charges will be shared with the clients at the time of their enquiry. We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable.

2. Dispatch time

Dispatch depends on the specific requirements of the buyer and it would be done as soon as the team prepare the goods.

Though we endeavour to ensure that the shipment reaches you in time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Damaged / Defective goods

If the goods you receive are damaged or defective or not matching your order, you will be required to intimate us about such cases within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

5. Product Returns

The quality of the product will be updated with the buyer in terms of third party testing, sampling etc. and the order will be processed after final confirmation from the buyer. We known for our best quality products. After quality confirmation no returns would be accepted if the quality is same as the samples or quality testing reports. In case of any issues, the matter must be discussed with Seasons International Pvt. Ltd. within prior time (mentioned in above point) and decision of return acceptance depends on Seasons International Private Limited.
